You may download and print extracts from the material and
make copies of these for your own personal use only. You are
not allowed to download or print the material, or extracts
from it, in a systematic or regular manner so as to create
a database in electronic or paper form comprising all or part
of the material appearing on Shiptalk.
You must not reproduce any part of Shiptalk or the material
or transmit it to or store it in any other website or disseminate
any part of the material in any other form, unless we have
indicated that you may do so.
We may be prepared to allow you to distribute or reproduce
other parts of Shiptalk or the material, in certain other circumstances.

wish to ask for permission to do so.
We reserve the right to use any material you may choose to
send to us. If We use your material on Shiptalk you will be
asked to whom the material should be accredited or alternatively
whether you would prefer the material to be uploaded without

We reserve exclusive editorial rights on all material forwarded
to us for use on Shiptalk and other associated urls.

We do not give any warranty as to the availability, accuracy,
completeness, currency or reliability of the information and
material published on Shiptalk and expressly disclaim on behalf
of Shiptalk and any party contributing material (to the maximum
extent permitted by law) all liability for any damage or loss
resulting whatsoever and howsoever from your use of or reliance
on the information and material published on Shiptalk.

sites are not under our control and we are not responsible
in any way for any of their contents.
We give no warranties of any kind concerning Shiptalk or the
material therein. In particular, We do not warrant that Shiptalk
or any of its content is virus free. You must take your precautions
in this respect as we accept no responsibility whatsoever for
any infection by virus or other communication or by anything

3. Material posted on Shiptalk
We do not accept any liability for material supplied and posted
on Shiptalk by any user or registered member. We refer you
to the disclaimer of liability at clause 2 above.
You warrant that any material that you submit to Shiptalk
is free from viruses and will not have any detrimental or contaminating
effect upon this website and/or any users or registered members
of Shiptalk.
You remain ultimately responsible for any material that you
post on Shiptalk and warrant that the comments or information
supplied are true and accurate. You agree that you will not
post any material that is subject to copyright or not otherwise
owned by yourself or Shiptalk Limited. You agree that you will
not submit material which is untrue, defamatory, abusive, or
otherwise in breach of any applicable law. We reserve the right
to remove from Shiptalk any material submitted by you.
You shall indemnify us against any claims or losses, expenses
or liabilities howsoever incurred (including legal expenses
and other professional fees) arising as a consequence of your
breach of any of the terms of this condition.
4. Third Party Material on Shiptalk
You will see advertising material submitted by third parties
on Shiptalk. Individual advertisers are solely responsible
for the content of advertising material which they submit to
us, including ensuring that it complies with relevant legislation.
We accept no responsibility for the content of advertising
material, including, without limitation, any error, omission
or inaccuracy therein. If you want to advertise on Shiptalk,
please e-mail sales@shiptalk.com.
5. Data Protection
Unless you have indicated on the registration form that you
do not wish to receive direct marketing material, Your personal
details will be included on a database compiled for direct
marketing purposes. From time to time You may receive direct
marketing information, either from us or from third parties.
If you have not indicated that You do not wish to receive direct
marketing material, but change Your mind about this You should
notify Customer Services at enquiries@shiptalk.com As soon
after this as is reasonably practicable, we will remove your
name from the direct marketing database.
6. Variations
Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be made available
via Shiptalk at least 7 days in advance of the changes taking
effect and you will be deemed to have agree to the terms and
conditions by accessing Shiptalk following the changes taking
effect.
7. Force Majeure
You acknowledge that Your use of, or access to, Shiptalk may
be subject to interruption or delay. We do not give you any
warranty that Shiptalk or the services offered through it will
be error free, without interruption or delay, or free from
defects in design or engineering.
8. Jurisdiction
This agreement and Your use of Shiptalk shall be governed
by English law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the English courts.
9. No Advice
No tax, legal or investment advice of any kind (including
advice and opinions with respect to the nature, potential value
or suitability of any particular securities transactions, financial
products or investment strategy) is being provided by us (or
any party contributing material to Shiptalk) to you. Any tax,
legal or investment decisions made by you will be based solely
on your own evaluation of your own circumstances and not on
the basis of any information given in Shiptalk.
